Tidy course and friendly people. A great Links course for the price.

Played this course a few times and really enjoyed it. It's perched on the cliffs on Flamborough head and as such is neither a links or a parkland course but a strange hybrid of the two, and all the better for it. Some spectacular holes and uses the prevailing wind as a defence as well as the usual bunkers. Both times I've played there the greens have been quick, if a little bumpy. Generally the course is well presented and well worth a visit if you're in the area.
Very friendly clubhouse and members. Possibly the best fish and chips I've had for lunch - ever.

A very open and delighful grassland/heathland course.
Being situated at the headland of Flamborough it can be subject to wind and all the problems that can cause.
The sign above the pro shop door states "The friendlist course on the coast" and it lives up to that boast.
The views from the clubhouse out over the course are 1st class.
Breakfast was well worth the price and so was lunch and dinner after the games.

Spent some of my child hood caddying here so plenty of good memories. Great links course so be prepared for a 'breeze' and a thoroughly enjoyable walk with exceptional views. I'm biased because it's 'home' but I've never played a poor links course... I mean that's proper golf - right?
