Entry Hill Golf Club
Entry Hill, Bath, Somerset, BA2 5NA United Kingdom
Entry Hill golf course only opened in 1984, and as it celebrates its twentieth birthday this year, the public pay and play course remains in as good a condition now as it did back when it first revealed itself to golf fans in Somerset two decades ago.
It is quite a short course, offering only nine-holes, but there are alternate tees so that it can be played as an eighteen-hole and consequently keep discerning golfers happy. It should not be underestimated because it is a municipal course either, as it features a significant number of hazards for you to overcome. And for stunning views of Bath town centre, you can do far, far worse than this little corkerBook a Tee Time

A nice public 8 hole course. It is quite hilly, tight and not that long (I can only take a driver out on 1 hole, otherwise it is a game of target golf and course management). For a public course the greens are quite well maintained, however, the tees could be better.
The club house is minimal, however, you can get a decent cuppa and a sandwich. There is a bit of a pro-shop but don't go expecting to try out a range of clubs, it's not big enough to have more than a few balls / markers / tees / shoes etc.

Tricky little pay & play course with punishing rough and narrow fairways.
