i havent played this for over two years and i was shocked as how well kept the greens are. As its only a municiple course and the price of £12 for 18 holes on a weekend you understand why it gets busi.

this course is quite confusing, especially for first time visitors.It would definately benefit from signs being put up informing players where the next tee is. I went with someone who had previously played and even he got a bit confused at times as to where the next hole was.not as challenging as some courses as it is very flat.

A fantastic municipal course, and always improving. Bunkers are a bit bereft of sand, but overall this is a great course for all levels of golfer.

Well maintained golf course but can get waterlogged during the winter. Practice nets and practice putting green area. Wirral Borough Council run municipal.

Used the course for a works charity event. Fantastic value for money. Very well kept municipal and a good challenge for mix of golf handicaps

Thoroughly enjoyed playing here, very pretty in some places and tight in others. Gives a challenge to the best hitters and not a forgiving course as the fairways are not too far apart from each other. Some tight tee boxes that can catch you out, so if your driving isn't very straight, take plenty of balls as the tress will eat them.

A pretty cramped course over the front 9, especially on a busy Saturday morning! Quite good course condition and some daunting narrow par 3's to contend with. Worth a weekday visit, but steer clear at the weekends.
