An awsome club with stunning views. Difficult in the wind, especially the long uphills with wind against you. Want to play there again.

Great challenge. Not for the faint hearted if the wind is even slightly up. Good mix of holes going out with some good par 5's. Great views.
The inward stretch requires some skill if playing into the wind as we were and it can play longer than it looks - keep it low.

Always beautifully kept. Greens are true and hold their quality in winter due to underlying chalk. Quite a forgiving course (practically no trees and no water), but lots of "Links" style attributes (sometimes brutal rough and always exposed to the elements. Bring your power game if you want to score low. Fantastic and friendly halfway house. East Brighton comes into it's own in the summer months with awesome coast & downs views and great value twilight rates (take 2 for 1 as well). Arguably the best golf in the Brighton & Hove area (The Dyke perhaps?). Unless it's belting with rain or blowing a storm, you will love this course - enjoy!

I nice course with great views. Can be pretty windy but that just adds to the experience.
Well maintained fairways and greens with some very challenging tee shots. There are some great holes around the 9th, particulalrly the 13th where the green is reachable with a drive IF you cut the dog-leg by shooting OVER the Half Way house and 9th Tee!!
I would definitley play here again - a really good challenge.

A vert good downland course with some good holes and elevations. Fast greens, good faiways and a good test of golf. Playable all year round with the best drainage I have even seen even after heavy winter rain. Friendly staff and members, recommended

Some steep climbs and deep bunkers with great views over Brighton and the sea. Played on a sunny Monday morning in late September and the course was virtually empty. Good half way hut - well worth a visit.

Right on the coast - very hilly but with excellent views. Course nice and varied - mind the racecourse!! Very open to the elements so come prepared.

Roedean is not a golf club but just a small pitch and put, with most of the holes around 100 yards and very small greens, the clubhouse/shop is more of a cafe than a clubhouse. This course is ok if you just want to work on your short game and wedges but nothing more.
