What the club says: The club was formed in 1905 and is set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Snowdonia mountain range, overlooking Criccieth Castle and the stunning Cambrian coastline, this 9 hole course offers an unforgettable experience. The course measures 5034 par 67 and is a challenging test for any level of golfer. Parts of the course is believed to have been designed by the legendary James Braid and therefore offers a variety of natural hazards. Criccieth's penultimate hole being a challenging par 4 with a green 75 feet (23 m) above the tee, whilst the signature finishing hole is just 100 yards (91 m) long with the green 100 feet (30 m) below the tee.

Great course with great views
The course is challenging as it is very hilly but there is amazing views from the 8th green and the 9th is a fun challeng with such a big drop down to the hole. There is great views of the sea and the mountains and the castle.Reviewer Rating
