What the club says: Cathedral Course
The front nine boasts the 601 yard par 5 5th known as the 'Mother' with water down both sides it will challenge even the best golfer. This is sandwiched between two formidable par 3's over water which make the first nine one of the toughest in sussex. The back nine is more subtle with two par 5's reachable in two for the more adventurous and the short but deceptive 15th, framed with 300 Portland stones, and surrounded by sand.

Tower Course
The Tower has a good balance of holes which make for a more forgiving alternative to the Cathedral. However, there are still plenty of challenges from the picture postcard third to the dog-legg seventh. Water comes more in to play on the back nine with sixteen and seventeen running alongside the Braemere Rife.

Course is in amazing condition given the winter rain. All greens in very good shape and running nicely.
Lunch in clubhouse was delicious and very reasonably priced.
Would highly recommend... not to mention the practice facilities... warmed up on the par 3, and there is a driving range and a good sized practice green.

Played the Tower course on boxing day. Course in very good condition, especially considering it is mid winter. Bunkers raked, greens running well, no standing water or even muddy patches.

Me and a few mates played both the Tower and Cathedral courses recently.
The Cathedral course is the harder of the two courses, you really need to make sure your club selection is correct with this one. It has it all, lots of bunkers, streams, tight fairways, sloping greens. A great course overall and to top it off we all played pretty good!
The Tower is a much easier course but can still cause you the odd problem here and there. It's a little flatter than the Cathedral so if you struggle walking up and down hills all day then this is a great course to play.
Long holes, dog legs, tricky short par 3's, these courses have them all!
The greens in my eyes are in pretty good condition due to the weather we've had, so had not faults about that. Club House was very clean and tidy and the staff were very pleasant. The pro shop was stocked very well with all the latest gear which the staff would help you with if needed.
Overall a great day out and a lovely course to play, will be recommending to friends.

Played The Tower course on 18th September. Considering it is getting towards end of season course generally in good condition. However several of the greens have some ominous dark patches on them. It looks like some form of moss. I am assuming some remedial action will be taken before it gets worse.
Staff as usual very good and helpful. Food is some of the best around in my view at a golf club

A great course to improve your game, with forgiving fairways, and tricky greens, well kept course, can now hit a straighter drive thanks to this course. Couldn't have asked for a better day with superb weather, recommended
