Always a pleasure

Played here for a couple of years now and it remains a pleasure to play and always a challenge. Priestman course feels longer and wider, but challenging and by the time you have completed the 16th you will know you have played golf. The views are amazing. Course in brilliant condition, some fantastic holes. Don't be fooled into big drive all the time. Greens a little sandy and bumpy but that's due yo essential work being carried out.
The Hunting course is an all together different prospect. Some wonderful holes, but you need course management to get around.
Club house very friendly, golf shop well stocked and decent prices.
Food a little pricey in the club house, but that's the price you pay for quality facilities.
Enjoyed this place so much, became a member.

Well worth a visit

At first glance the course appears to be straightforward; it is a good challenge of golf. The course is in immaculate condition, from tee box to green on every hole. P.S. don't go in the rough!

Fantastic challenge

Recently joined this course having played a few years ago. Course is great, green are in great condition and staff are a pleasure to deal with. This is a challenging course for all abilities as it has wide fairways with plenty to punish you.

A pleasure to play

Well worth a visit as nice wide fairways, good greens and a very good pace of play. First visit and tough as VVVVVVV windy but looking forward to going back in the spring.

Great Course

Great course, difficult in the wind as it's long. Always fair though, and in great nick considering the weather of late!

Great course worth a visit

Course now reopened by Pro Kevin Gow after a brief closure. The course itself is in great condition with a fantastic layout and excellent greens. There's also several buggies available if needed. Kevin and his staff are very welcoming on arrival and look after every need. The nineteenth has a well stocked bar with catering facilities. All our members theroghly enjoyed our visit and will certainly return.

As ever, a great course, and in good condition. It's long, but it's also relatively wide, so you can open your shoulders off the tee. Well worth a visit.

Excellent course! Lovely greens. I only scored low on facility's is because it's going through new ownership and every thing was closed. One of the best in the north east
