A good course for the price, played a couple of times in the winter for only a fiver, booking on tee off times. Staff very friendly. Some enjoyable holes too. 13 a long par 3 and par 14 over a pond to reach the green.

Been playing here since April and think some of the comments are harsh. yes it could be in better condition but the greens are mostly in good nick and over the summer the course is fine. You can get away with wayward drives on most holes so it is not too challenging but an ideal place to take someone who is a beginner or not too confident.

Course is very cheap, but you get what you pay for. Pitch marks on greens not repaired, people wearing jeans, etc A lot of beginners on the course which is fair enough, have to start somewhere, but the course isn't very safe. Holes 1-4 run parallel to each other so when walking up the second fairway you have people driving off on holes 1 and 3 and beginners aren't renowned for their ability to drive straight! Almost got hit a few times by balls landing on the wrong fairways. Coupled with that the tee's are only yards away from the greens for the next hole, so when teeing off you have half an eye on people approaching green you've just played incase they hit off to the side. On a plus point the fairways and greens were in good condition, but we had to tee off from matts on every hole which I don't like and this was mid March. Wouldn't play here again.

Not too demanding and sometimes slow-play but a very good course to make the step-up to a full 18 hole course for the relatively new player, that also provides challenges for the more advanced player. Usually in good condition.

Great Local Course. Have been playing for years. Best time to play is around the summer months, May-Sept. This is when the greens are in their best condition. The course is quite short but with a few tricky holes. Very Good Value when the course is in good shape. Only around £15 on weekends. Worth a try. Recommended!

I have played this course many times and really enjoy it, it can be demanding and forgiving at the same time. i regulary shoot under 80 round there off the yellows but now have started to play off the whites.

I had a very enjoyable round of golf today at Brent Valley. The fairways are wide and give big target to hit. The greens were in very good condition and so were the bunkers which were well sanded. The course does offer some challenge to the lower handicap players and is a great place to build confidence for those of use still improving. I would recommend this course if you are looking for a fun game of golf were you are able to get away with the occasional poor shot without ruining your score card.

Pretty standard public parkland course, not very inspiring, not very long (drove two of the par 4's) and was not really very impressed except it was cheap, so if you are on a budget get stuck in!

A good course that is both testing, but easy to play. Challenging fairways adn looked after greens. Some tricky holes, th epar 3's are not straight forward to birdie, much skill in approach play is required.

A nice and very open course with a couple of very nice par 4's. Very good for beginners as its forgiving.

It can however get busy at the weekends and you can get quite a few non golfers as there are public foot paths surounding the course. You have to book a Tee Time at the weekend whereas during the week is more of a walk on.

Unfortunatly the drainage here is a bit poor so if there has been heavy rain its not the best and some of the lower fairways can turn very boggy.

Worth a look for a cheap round.
