Nice course, not too much of a thinkers course with generous fairways allowing the driver to be taken without much punishment for not being straight. Nice greens and always well maintained. Club house and its staff are friendly as are the patrons. I would play again without hesitation.

Nice course and the green were brilliant. The best greens ive played on a course for this money. It is very open and the rough is short. So it is very forgiving.

This was the first time I've played the course in 2010. Must say the condition of the course is very good and greens, although a little firm are in great condition with a true roll.

I play this course at least twice a week an some times more. I have played right through winter an still managed to shoot in the mid 80's so that tells you alot about how good the drainage an course up-keep is at this place. The service has allways been of the highest standard. A rely friendly place at such a fair price!

Drains well, forgiving for high handicap golfers. Excellent food in the Clubhouse, good value at £14 weekdays and £16 weekends. Can play 11 holes if haven't time for 18

Even though this is a fairly new course it's well looked after and the prices are fair. If it's been wet it's good to play here as the course drains extremely well (ex farm lard).

course in places is like farmers fields with greens added will take a good few years to develop and mature into a decent facility

played this course a few time and loved it very challenging but is a great course for someome who is starting out.

Excellent course, i played it when it first opened, when the trees were new and didnt really create a challenge, recently though, several years later i have found that the trees have been perfectly placed to make this flat course very challenging. You start with a long par 4, just what you need to get your swing warmed up, then you ease into some nice doglegs, short but challenging par 3's, my favourite the par 5 9th, the hardest approach shot to judge on the 16th and a cracking par 5 18th which doesnt dogleg untill your 2nd shot. Lots of club decision making goes with this course and for a muni at £14 a round in the week you cant ask for a better way to enjoy your day. A good new clubhouse with pleasant staff. I am so glad this is my local course, however like most courses it is best not to play after the rain, some drainage problems do occur around the course but the greens are in excellent condition.

This is an excellent course which is very well kept. It has wide fairways which can lull you into a false sense of security, stray from the fairway and the well established trees that line most holes will cause you problems.

Enjoyed the course. In very good condition but there did seem to be a pitch mark problem on most greens. The course is very flat but challenging. The only downsides were the flies and a old chap who thought 90 minutes to play 9 holes was far too slow! Ah well, I'll be back to play it again soon and this time in a buggy!

Played this course today and I must say its one of the best ive played so far the front nine are deceivinglystraight forward which gives you a false sense of security because the back nine are difficult to say the least. Overall though if you havent tried this course put it on your to do list...
