Played the course the weekend of 22nd and 23rd June, although we had a lot of rain prior to the weekend the coure was in excellent condition. Challenging course, loved the par 4s that with a good drive can get close to the greens, water strategically placed. Overall a great weekend with the staff very helpful, only let down was that they only have a fleet of 6buggies and this is a long course to walk twice (especially after playing two rounds before the weekend)

played the course on Friday 1st June 12. Weather was overcast but stayed dry. Course its self was quite flat, faiways a dream and greens very nice and good for putting, no bobbling. lots of water but plenty of fairways to hit. Lovely par 3 with waterfall! Could not fault the course, plenty of trees but not restricting. Make sure you buy a course guide (£3-50) this will help you with planning shots to avoid water and sneekily hidden bunkers. I would suggest a prictice run before you hit it seriously if you are mid to high handicapper. Great test for me handicap of 16 but played to 28! Next time should be better knowing the course. You can lose a few balls in the drink if you hit wayward but apart from that is a great flat course to test any handicapper.

A strong cross wind around the course but a very flat course allowing for long flat drives.

Played it yesterday and loved it. Fairways were a little bit sketchy but the Greens were superb. Putted like a dream!
Lots of water adding difficulty and the bunkers were well filled with sand!
Definitely recommend!

We had 2 rounds, dinner, bed and breakfast for under £70 a piece. Course is flat and has some wide fairways but is a good and fair challenge with plenty of water around.

Already booked for a return visit next year.

Course was in very good condition and was an extremely enjoyable round. breakfast and tea included in a £20 winter deal! cant go wrong!

course very open good for high handicappers although has a fair bit of water to lure those stray shots. frozen greens made the going very difficult but i guess thats the same everywhere. nice club house with good facillities
