Bondhay 18 Hole Championship Course
Described as the only true championship standard course in the region, the 6871 yard, par 72 course dominates the surrounding Nottinghamshire countryside, offering a formidable round of golf with water hazards coming into play on 4 holes.

enjoyed another fantastic round of golf again ,, my 2nd time round this place and its as good as ever ,,playing off 20 its very tough ,,course in tip top condition (except occasional surface water on a few greens) due to torrential rain all night and morning
tee pegs looks as if never been used all year ,,in great nick.
holes 9.10.11 never fail to impress
service in clubhouse and food great
cannot wait to go back
recommend course to anyone it is top quality and for only £15The Course

a very good course but keep to the fairways because you will be in trouble. the greens are good for this time of year

Long (especially of the whites) and pretty tough - the prevailing wind is just as much a defence as the layout. Usually very good greens, although not the fastest in the area usually pretty true. Some superb holes, 9, 10 & 11 all with water in play. 18th is a real gem to finish as well.
Clubhouse is a bit tatty, but everyone is very friendly.
Well worth a look. Possibly the worst driving range in the UK though

9 hole - good greens, well maintained. Great value. No restrictions on going round twice or even a third if you wanted.

Probably the hardest course ive played. More bunkers than at dunkirk, and if your not a big hitter its a long course also. That said its a hidden gem and if you like a challenge then this is worth a visit. Hole 8 - 9 - 10 are as good as anywhere ive played. Very nice course but anything over 16 handicap think would struggle.

I played here last april, it's a good course with a couple of really interesting holes and changes of elevation.
I have never seen a course with more bunkers, bring your bucket and spade.
worth a visit.

Its just too hard. Only joined this year and even though I know I get a good deal and the course is very good, it is just far too difficult, standard scratch is usally 74 or 75, you play well to get close to your handicap. You must drive straight as going in the trees always costs you at least 1 shot, although straight driving can but you in one of the 120 bunkers on the course.

I had my first game here with sixteen other friends. the course was dificult to play.But it was very good.The greens were excellent.
Love to play it again as I know I could improve my score.
The staff here are excellent and the local golfers very friendly.Highly recomend it but if you are a high handicaper.Be prepared for the worse but enjoy

Alot Of Tricky Holes That Test Your Golf To The Max. Seems Very Long Though Walking Around. Can Be Bad When Very Busy As It Does Take A While Especially When You Get Caught Up Behind 4 Balls. Overall I Would Recommend The Course To Anyone, The Fairways Are In Tip Top Condition And Greens Are Exceptional At This Of Year. I Just Love To Hate It!! haha

A true test of golf, with some excellent holes to test your skills on. Also has a 9 hole course. Par 5 18th, has about 5 water hazards to contend with as you make you way back to the club house. The course is long, but plenty of buggies for hire. Do excellent deals most of the year.
