This a pay and play 9 hole course but is always in good condition and a joy to play. Jackie and Martin produce an atmosphere as good as many members clubs and is one the most friendly clubs I have ever played. Easy walking.

Billingbear Park Old Course is an excellent 9 hole course (plays 18 tees) which is maturing well and is in excellent condition. Several fairways have good water, sand hazards and wide fairways which can challenge beginners as well as higher handicapped players and gives some room for 'error'. Billingbear Park also offers a Par 3 New Course which is an excellent challenge for your short game. Two holes are directly over water to the greens which not only is challenging but also easy on the eye.
The Staff are freindly and welcoming and the 19th offers free coffee/tea to all players. Very good bar snack menu, can recommend the 'bacon-butty' after 18.

The best Pay&Play in the area - without doubt.
Beautifully kept and with outstanding views of the Berkshire countryside. The staff are all really friendly and the clubhouse has a real family atmosphere about it - very rare among Pay&Play courses.
The par-3 New Course is a Hidden Gem.
