Great course even in winter

Love this course and although it was disappointing to see the construction work spoiling the view of the practice facilities - it is going to make THE BEST practice ground ever with the new driving range - which will be out of this world with Trackman available :-)

Course was not at its best due to the conditions but i know it will be first class in the summer - so a price worth paying.

Bar staff are soooo friendly and Carl the pro is such a gentleman, always makes us feel very welcome

Nowhere better in the sun

Amazing day at BWL. Always a pleasure to play there. The tees, fairways, greens are just top class. The scenery is just wonderful. The locally sourced sausages make the best all day breakfast 'bap' ever. Finishing a round with 2 + 2 drinks for £15 is a bargain in such a first class club house. The course is immaculate (though there was a lot of green keepers out on machinery today (which slowed things up a touch) ....I've never seen so many mowers and 'blowers' as today - that is definitely a first for me to see green-keepers blowing debris off the fairways .... so that's how they keep their pristine condition!

Fantastic set up, course in great condition. Only minor gripe greens look like they have a issue starting to appear, moss dead areas, have played course before and greens were immaculate. Still a good test of golf.

Such a gorgeous course. Always in immaculate condition. Some of the fairways were spongy and like luxury carpet. I love playing here a couple of times every year as a guest. Amazingly the greens were slowest ever.
