What the club says: Situated a short drive from Milton Keynes, Dunstable, Aylesbury and Leighton Buzzard, our challenging course is 18 holes, par and S.S.S. 72 and measures 6,612 yards from the competition tees. We were founded in 1989 and open for play in 1991. Whilst the golf course is long, many mature trees line the fairways which are generous, and each hole is complimented by excellent greens. The golf course has been designed with ample space between holes. A natural brook runs through the course, which creates some challenging water features and the experience is a good test of golf whatever your handicap.
I play here a couple of times per year on average and it keeps getting better. The fairways were quite hard and running which was good, but the greens were a little too hard for my liking, but we had just had a number of days of 30c+ temperatures, having said that they were extremely true to putt on and pretty darn quick.
The course is well laid out and fairly easy to negotiate and there is a good variety of holes in the 18. Each time I play it there are a couple of holes that beat me up, but as they are never the same holes it must be me and not the course.
The clubhouse is nice and very friendly and there are good practise areas and a lovely patio to spread out on. Quite a good pro-shop as well and everyone seemed very friendly.
It seems that more drainage has been put in on a couple of holes which suffered in winter so that should sort out any water issues.
Very appealing course to play and it is a good test of golf, but won't eat all your golf balls up.
Very friendly golf club, always made welcome.
Course is in very condition, greens were hollow cored and top dressed two weeks before but still good to putt on.
Some new tees built over the winter.
Rough is starting to grow now so keep it straight.

Course was in very good condition. There a little bit of standing water on hole 3 but apart from that for the time of year it in great shape. Greens were really good

Enjoyed the course - a nice lot of space but local knowledge will make a difference

A nice little course, although it was a bit untidy, especially some of the tee boxes. However the service from the staff was excellent and the greens were also super
(Round played: Aug 2016 - Score: 95 Handicap: 17.5)
Greens are in good nick but the Tee's are poor. Wide fairways with some interesting holes where you can get caught out.
