What the club says: Situated a short drive from Milton Keynes, Dunstable, Aylesbury and Leighton Buzzard, our challenging course is 18 holes, par and S.S.S. 72 and measures 6,612 yards from the competition tees. We were founded in 1989 and open for play in 1991. Whilst the golf course is long, many mature trees line the fairways which are generous, and each hole is complimented by excellent greens. The golf course has been designed with ample space between holes. A natural brook runs through the course, which creates some challenging water features and the experience is a good test of golf whatever your handicap.
Very friendly club and good challenge. (Round played: Jun 2014 - Score: 85 Handicap: )
Fairways could do with being a little longer as the ground is quite hard.
As always staff and members are very friendly and although this was a medal day for members we were welcome.
Excellent value for money.
Greens were in fantastic shape though considering.
Grass tees were in play.
(Round played: Mar 2014 - Score: 91 Handicap: )
Greens are starting to get back to how they should be.
Overall this is the best I've seen this course at this time of year! (Round played: Dec 2013 - Score: 83 Handicap: )
Very good course and club for a good price. (Round played: Aug 2013 - Score: 91 Handicap: 10.7)
Greens are superb, a little hard maybe so you have to think about running the ball in.
fairways are good but again quite hard but not too many strange bounces.
Tees could be better I suppose but certainly OK.
Bunkers had plenty of sand in.
can get very busy in the morning/lunchtime period but wasn't too slow today.
(Round played: Aug 2013 - Score: 84 Handicap: 10.9)
Greens are running very well but again being watered well so you can stop on them.
Tees are OK and could do with improving slightly.
Overall a good course with a fair mix of holes to rest you. (Round played: Aug 2013 - Score: 87 Handicap: )
Greens were very good and watered so you can hold a ball on the green from an approach shot.
Tees were not too bad. (Round played: Jul 2013 - Score: 91 Handicap: 10.7)
The fairways are a bit firm with the occasional bad bounce but overall not too bad.
The greens are in great shape and soft enough a hold a ball.
Tee boxes could be a bit better and maybe they need to sharpen their mowers blades as there are some blades of grass which look like they need cutting back.
Very friendly club and well run, food and drink is very good. (Round played: Jul 2013 - Score: 83 Handicap: 10.7)
