The 'old holes' are still just as good and at a de-brief on the Sunday when asked to name our favourite course we all came up with a different one
e.g. 15th Beeches, par 3 over a small valley into a scalloped green with a wicked three tier poser that can rack up the putts
16th Kigbeare par 5, innoccuous drive over a lake and up a slight incline of 300+ yards and then, when you scout ahead, you see the course plummets 180 feet in 180 yards.
17th Forest - laser straight 430 yard par 4 tightly hemmed in by pine trees against a backdrop of Dartmoor tors
One slight concern was the greens, again. Mostly very fluffy and erratic and out of contrast with the suberb state of the course elsewhere.
Every year we say should we go soemwhere else but where can you get 81 great holes in one place, your bed and all your board for four days at £200.
See you next year then!

Great for societies
A well thought out golf resort with four 18 hole courses which means there is usually a tee available on one of them. Despite the weather, the courses we played were in good condition but it would be nice if more people replace divots/repaired pitch marks - it's not difficultOverall, an affordable staycation venue that's so much more than golf, check out their website.

Well worth a visit
We picked a great week for our visit. Millionaire golf for the most part in glorious sunshine. The course is in great condition and they've down a lot with it since we last played there 3-4 years ago. I would recommend it to any golfer who enjoys a challenge.(Round played: Aug 2021 - Score: 99 Handicap: 26.1)

Pyecombe ,worth the visit (16/7/21)
Great course, loop track so don't meet other golfers from the opposite direction. The greens are superb, if you can keep the ball on the 13th par 3 you have done well.
Great views of the Sussex weald.
Well worth the visit and not that expensive.
Bar and pro staff are really friendly.
