As usual, the course is in excellent condition and set out fairly. Greens were in good condition and very true and not too fast.

Beautiful course in great condition. Pretty challenging with several tough long par fours. No easy holes. Very friendly club.

Played this course as a guest several times and it is always in excellent condition, especially at this time of year. The greens are well kept and the course layout is very good with some interesting holes which you have to think about. The front is shorter and scores can be made in the first 5-6 holes in particular.

Played the course in March 2015. Course and greens both in decent nick given the time of year.
It's a quirky layout with several dog legs, hills and valleys. Many of the par 4s are short with driver not required and still only a short iron in, but that was partly due to us using some forward tees due to a competition the previous day. Holes 8 & 17 are bizarre, both dog legs at right angles with a large valley across the fairway where even a long and straight drive will leave you with a longish blind second, invariably with your ball well below your feet - not fun. I did enjoy 5, a nice par 4 to a sheltered green, 9, a dog leg par 5, and 11, a dog leg par 4 where you should cut the corner with your tee shot.
My biggest gripe however was the cost - £37 for a Sunday morning in March. If we'd played a week later it would have been £47. In my view the course simply isn't good enough to merit green fees of that amount and although the guy in the pro shop told us the membership had increased this year id be surprised if numbers were high. Shame, at £20-£25 I'd have considered returning later this Summer but for the best part of £50 there are more appealing options.

Outstanding championship course not for the faint hearted, this course is very much uphill and you'll need to be pretty fit to get round this course.

Deal for £120 a 4 ball....would not pay any more for it....was in decent condition...good birdie chances first 4-5 holes(short par 4's)....some holes a bit 'have we not already played this'..... greens good for time of year but slow..

Played Forrester Park recently on their winter fourball deal when all other courses in the area were closed. AMAZING! Have heard great reviews from friend about its playability in the winter and I have to say fairways dry, greens were quick and true. I highly recommend this course, if this good in the winter looking forward to a summer game!
