The iconic 10th hole on The BrabazonThe Belfry , the spiritual home of the Ryder Cup, has expanded its successful Brabazon Challenge competition for 2010, adding extra qualifying dates for the summer-long pairs contest and offering the chance to win a range of top

The Challenge, which ran for the first time last year, gives club golfers the chance to compete like a Tour pro on the famous Ryder Cup course for just £199* per pair.

Players can enter into an 18-hole two-ball better ball Stableford competition where they can win prizes from leading golf brands Titleist, FootJoy, and J.Lindeberg. They also benefit from a buffet breakfast before teeing off.

Set up to tournament standards, The Brabazon course will host five qualifying events between May and September that will see the top pair from each qualifier, plus the three teams with the next highest scores, advance to the
Grand Finals weekend in October.

The qualifying dates are:

  • Tuesday May 11
  • Tuesday June 22
  • Tuesday July 20
  • Tuesday August 17

The finalists then have a further night’s accommodation before their final takes place on 24 October.
