Southpaw Open - Charity Tournament for Left Handed Golfers

For the 2nd year running the Southpaw Open will take place at Canford Magna Golf Club on Friday 5th June 2009.  The Southpaw Open is a Charity Tournament for left handed golfers but open to all.

So far, over 30 Companies have pledged to SPONSOR and SUPPORT the “SOUTHPAW OPEN” in aid of the Bournemouth “WINTON STROKE CLUB”

The tournament will take place at Canford Magna Golf Club , Knighton Lane, Wimborne, Dorset.  The golf course is situated in 350 acres of beautiful countryside. The Parkland course is a challenging 6496 yard 18 hole course.

Entry Fee is £45 per person or £160 a team of four. Fee includes coffee and a bacon bap on arrival, 18 holes of golf, followed by a 3 course rolling meal, with presentation of prizes and a raffle draw.

Prizes for individual Stableford scores for men and ladies and in addition prizes for the team with the best two scores added together.

Maximum handicap for Men is 28 and 36 for Ladies.
