Golf Courses in Madeira
The small island of Madeira off the North African coast lies in the Atlantic Ocean along with other closely located islands. Although there is limited land, this has not stopped the emegernce of golf courses dotting the landscape, making the Madeira region an increasingly popular golf break location. The Porto Santo golf course, although a 15 minute flight from Madeira itself, is a beautiful course designed by Seve Ballesteros and well worth a visit, as is the region itself.
